• Included: Fully equipped kitchen, electricity, heating, water, waste disposal, bed linen, hand and bath towels, dish towels, weekly provision of replacement linen, free Wi-Fi, a private covered parking space for each apartment, all fees and taxes (except for the local tourist tax), and the South Tyrol Guest Pass.
• Local Tourist Tax
  The local tax amounts to €2.50 per person and per day for guests aged 14 and over.
• Children’s Rates
  Children aged 0 to 14 years: €10 per day
  Children aged 15 years and over: €15 per day
• South Tyrol Guest Pass
  Free use of all public transportation throughout South Tyrol.
• Pets
  Dogs are allowed on request (€15 per day without food). We reserve the right to charge a final cleaning fee if necessary.
• Laundry Facilities
  Available for an additional fee.
• Deposit
  Your booking becomes binding upon receipt of a deposit, which will be retained in the event of a cancellation, and upon receipt of the booking confirmation.

• Booking & Cancellation Policy
  Please note: Your booking becomes binding upon receipt of a deposit (booking guarantee) and booking confirmation. The deposit will not be refunded in the event of cancellation. Furthermore, the following cancellation terms apply:
  There is no right of withdrawal as defined by the Italian Consumer Protection Code. However, we grant the following cancellation rights under Article 1382 of the Italian Civil Code:
  Cancellations up to 3 months before arrival: no cancellation fee
  Cancellations 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival: we charge 4 days of the travel price
  Cancellations within the last 4 weeks before arrival: 100% of the booking price
  Cancellation/processing fee: €10.00
• Travel Cancellation Insurance
  We recommend taking out the "Red Rooster Travel Cancellation Insurance" when booking your stay. This covers cancellation fees and allows you to look forward to your holiday without worries.
